KERRIE STEVENS – KINESIOLOGIST

From an early age, I’ve loved learning all things related to health and wellbeing especially healing modalities that include all levels of a person, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Or in short, the body, mind and spirit.
My passion for kinesiology was initially sparked as a teenage client. I was seeking real solutions to my ongoing digestive issues and kinesiology was recommended to me.
Not only has kinesiology assisted me with deepening my understanding regarding my gut issues, it has empowered me to transform my life especially on a personal, professional and relationship level. It has also assisted me to connect with my true self and live more authentically.
It wasn’t long after being introduced to kinesiology that I knew I wanted to study the modality, although I started my career in health by obtaining a Bachelor of Nursing degree. I’ve gained close to two decades of knowledge and skills in mainstream health, and have found my nursing background to be of great value as a kinesiologist practitioner.
To go within and look at blocks and stresses that are holding you back can take courage and can be challenging. I personally understand this and I will gently hold a safe space while you work through your blocks and stresses.
There is a real sense of fulfilment and joy to facilitate clients to create positive changes in their life, and in turn, enhance their health and wellbeing.
